1. Place your palms of your hands on the floor , near your feet , in front or behind you and sit comfortably in the chest to knee recline
position, Inhale
2. Bring your knees together .
3. Open your palm and spread your fingers and press them against the floor.
4. Exhale and lift yourself up until your knees are straight .
5. Straighten your back , try to push your chest forward and hold.
6. Your palms must be pressed to the floor, fingers spread, knees straight , back straight , arms straight, Kundulini open upwards.
7. Depending on your abilities, your hands can be pressed to the floor in front of you , on your sides or behind you. You can place your
head between your legs if you are able.
8. Hold this position long enough that you feel the stretch.. then escape to your 'little room' for just a moment and then repeat without
lifting your palm from its position.
This pose is very beneficial if you sit too long, or stay in driving condition for more than 30 minutes. Also first thing in the morning and before bed time.

deNise Asks; Can you get Aimee over anytime soon and do another series of a chosen pose? I think she really does a beautiful job with the pose

that is there, I think her fans deserve more. Or at least, they could benefit from more.

Just a thought...deNise

Masso Answers; Sure deNise , Due to the fact that Aimee is very busy, I am looking to find new models for this page as well. I have several poses

in mind and writing detailed instructions for them to be posted on pose page. We will do them as soon as we get a chance. Let me know if you

have a particular pose in mind that can help us all.
