Deadman's Pose , Savasana. Schwas Ana, Corp's pose (It is Not Dying) (infinite room)

Yoga Vhasista; Counsciousness with thought is mind, counsciousness without thought is god .
Mastering Yoga, will naturally teach Schwas Ana (deadman’s pose) , a total detachment from physical

sensation and mind, which will eventually take you to bliss.

Schw asana is different than relaxation or meditation where mind is slowed

down so much that it is nearly, ideally, completely devoid of mental content,

(dead) instead of just being relaxed or filled with a mantra as in meditation state.

Further, little room practice when performed with each pose, will provide pathways to faster and deeper access to

Schwasana (infinite room).
Deeper and faster access to Schwasana has miraculous benefits

and real life applications. masso

Deep relaxation may slow our mind and stop some of our mental processes or, alternatively filling mind with

pre conditioned powerful mantra may push more of our thoughts out, but corp's pose ideally will stop all thoughts

completely (mindlessness).
Western Yoga practitioners call this pose deep relaxation or mindfull state to avoid the negative

‘dead man’s or corp's pose’ term.

Also often mindless state is called mindfulness. We place too much emphasis on mind and not on what can be without it.
Centuries of discussion, regarding mental and physical effects of perfect form of this pose has produced claims of

uncommon bliss, spiritual ascent, magical mental/physical abilities , powers outside of ourselves, exits, projections,

remote sensing etc...
Also, some believe that it is possible to lower vital signs, breath and heart rate to its minimum required through this kind of

deep relaxation, so important alterations, healing can be performed by self or a healer.
Dervishes achieve the same effect after their swirl , calling it ‘Mout al Ekhtiar‘, an Arabic term, could be translated to death

on demand...!
This is where Dervishes loose all their physical senses (exit) and can avoid feeling of any external sensations.
In this state, they can puncture their skin without any feeling of pain or even bleeding.
There are many examples of this state in every religion, sect or ideologue but not much clear, practical methods or

instructions to how to achieve the said state is given.
Sure Dervishes will swirl or bob head continuously to exit but in my opinion, guided yoga is a sure and practical method of

getting to corp's pose practically and fast.
Although we try to mimic it down to its physical manifestations of dying by slowing down vital signs while lowering our

mental activity to near zero during Schwasana, 'this is not dying'(from Beatles song for the same pose).
The significant after effects of varieties of this pose are unbelievably desirable. Benefits include, increased mental abilities,

rejuvenated body and mind, and possible empowerment through Bliss.
All this may happen because we empty our minds completely from previous thoughts, reduce mental activity to vital activity

while physical state is also relaxed.
Having no thoughts is blissful and energizing but getting to where when all our mental processes, from emotional to trivial

are slowed down and or stopped completely, frees our mind to be ready, for revision and increases our mental potential for

focused tasks.
This is much like a computer’s hard drive, erased, reformatted, refreshed and ready to accept new programs or

‘reincarnated’ just to be dedicated to one unique task only.
No wonder it feels like bliss, it stops the draining, annoying emotional internal chatters as well.
I have student friends from Bastyr University who come up to my studio right before their exams to practice yoga so they

can perform better for their tests. Although they study and know the content but other thoughts may prevent them from

recalling all their knowledge due to interferences from other study subjects or interfering irrelevant but potent emotional

internal dialogues.
Some say this asana is where you can feel the distinct separate entities of mind and body and in void of those, possibly

get to be lifted to meet your real entity,‘ascension’.
After all if you can ignore your body and empty your mind, what is left must be your very specific entity, that little insignificant

difference from others.
Bliss maybe a result of sensing or communicating with this incredibly pure entity.
Additionally, the separation of the body from mind also gives us the option to choose to be present in either one or none,

thus ignoring physical pain by leaving shell and, ignoring emotions and mind by enshelving in our specific entity.
I practice yoga that emphasizes Schwas Ana', which empowers self over self and induces Hat-ha , sun/moon balance

through observing Karma.
Practice to learn the entries and hallways to Schwas Ana comes during the extreme demand of poses when under pressure

of challenges to perform and excel, I escape to my "Little room". Little room is a small indication of the upcoming infinite room

where I may meet my real entity..
In addition, I practice to reincarnate mind through Schwas Ana that is retooled with a pre-meditated mind set. In this

fluid state is where I can attempt to correct my pathways or create new ones.
