Yoga and elimination of Internal Chatters
Most yogis find that yoga poses, especially balancing ones, challenge our ability to

continue thinking and self dialogue outside of the yoga realm, to a point that we will not be able to physically

balance if thinking continues.
Voila..! The
first breakthrough of understanding mind/body connection or separation from each occurs right here.
From here on we are led by yoga to learn and explore that phenomena and find applications.
A good yoga teacher leads the student through a path to understand that effect
of mind/body connection as well as ability to separate these two as clearly as possible.

If you read my 'Little room ' essay, you will see that I am suggesting that with yoga,
interruption of all internal chatters is possible.

That is when quiet world prevails so we can hear all the subtle existences we miss daily.

In my classes, I make sure students have stopped thinking altogether.

I continue demanding balance poses until most internal chatters stop or diminish.
Internal chatters are those intense, self-dialogues that occur inside one and between multiple

aspect of self. We need to vacate those dialogues to get a better perspective on our thoughts from outside to in.
Internal chatters are extremely draining and weaken the mindfull core that is in charge.
Just like computers, multiple processes can cause slow down and sometimes cause total failure.

There are different kinds of self-dialogues.
Most significant ones are what we utilize for a function but never remember to terminate

and emotional ones that we argue with.

These latter types, the endless emotional ones, are the most exhausting, useless

and draining form of self-dialogues, usually produce no positive results and their elimination will quiet the mind,

allow it to revitalize and cause it to function better.
It is significantly beneficial to rid of them all dialogues even for a brief span of time.

Yoga, surprisingly helps effectively demonstrate that it can be done,

that it is possible to live without those dialogues.
Second nature of yoga automatically keeps them at bay. This is how yoga also fights

the harmful pathways that have found their way to our behavioural mesh of patterns.
Yoga can make our mental core strong and put us back in charge of ourselves.
Desires will become weaker and we become stronger. Our desires become
transparent to us, thus easy to figure out and manage.
Of course some believe yoga helps shape bones, regulate hormonal balance,

elongate muscles and hormonal pre coursers etc. .. It fights menopausal blues,

regulates sleep, regulate digestion, heart, balances sexual appetite.. etc.. etc..
I believe yoga is very beneficial also very much fun to do. Anandas to you all..
