Meetings
Meeting are a great way to find Yoga friends , mentors, teachers and students. 
Meetings are informal, we will be siting on the studio floor in practice clothing
and talk about our yoga goals and connect where there are interests.
Sometimes participants find a match or a specific focus group.. great..
We want to connect so we can have a community, someone or a group to practice with .

These meetings are definitely outside of the mainstream yoga scene so it will serve those
of
us who have a special focus area and think in unique ways.
I would like to provide studio space for groups that have unique yoga ideas.
I hope, like always, we will have a very beneficial meeting in near future.
If you have a special focus group and want to set up a meeting, let me know.
It will be a bliss to work with you and set up.
Group connection is also possible. Bring your groups, connect and set up..!
I am certain we will get many experienced teachers as well as students and beginners,so everyone may have many
options to choose from.

Yoga For you
I have questions from participants who can direct these to each other also; 
What is your idea about yoga? How much you know about it ? 
What do you want to do with it?
Do you have physical issues?
Surgeries , Joints, Gastro-intestinal, cardiovascular CVD?
What about neurosis ? do you have excessive worry, anxiety etc? Habits ? 
Smoking? Too little or
too much sleep?
Anything you want to change?
What harmful urges you can't manage ?
Ego, desires out of control, making you do what you may regret later ? Disruptive internal chatters ?
Self dialogues?
You don't have to answer these questions but keep in mind that you may
want to consult
your physician if you have any of the said physical problems except mild neurosis,
or excessive ego
and overwhelming desires. Yoga will take care of those for you.


What to expect, We can start with our view of yoga, and show each other all the significant  synopsis. 
You can clearly see , demonstrate the mind body connection.
Then we can investigate the path to get where we can completely empty our mind and choose 
ex
actly what we want to place there (reincarnate). You may need to decide what your new
mind
would be like.
Hopefully you already know where you want to go.
All these will be done while we are conditioning
our body to its maximum capacity and alignement ,
isnt that amazing ?
Then we can discuss what yoga path we want to follow. There are many 
paths in yoga,
one for example is Karma yoga. Karma yoga is where we avoid anything that
may tip our karmic balance Hat -tha , Sun and Moon, so we may restore lost joy ( bliss) into our life.
Karmic yoga is my favorite because it shows the true meaning of bliss we already have and how we 
foolishly exchange it for our clever external gains.
Karmic yoga makes me
feel like a child , while my gained wisdom is left intact.
It is beautiful and profound.
Yoga also will effect our nutrition. You may find eating
meat makes you stiff and painfull.
Drinking alcohol may effect our balance.. 
Instant happiness at the expence of a long lasting bliss.
Coffee is no longer
needed so it can be ignored.
And we constantly fight our ego because there are many positions we can't get into and others can perform better.
It is beautiful, energizing but a humbling experience. Namasteh , masso
