Your body is a vast and endless universe of sensation, emotion and perception. Let me help you explore it!

Working one-on-one with a personal yoga teacher can accelerate your practice and help you to discover your perfect balance and alignment to safeguard you against injury and create healing in all realms of life. It doesn't matter what condition you are in, yoga will bring you back into a place of light and healing.

I am a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching privately for the last three years. I take a holistic approach-- combining heat-building postures with supported yoga, relaxation, opening, healing Reiki, and meditation to address and nurture every level of consciousness. It becomes like a massage that you give to yourself emanating from the core of your being with me to bring you deeper into it.

Yoga is good for habit cessation, relaxation, intuitive building, relationship healing, focus, weight-loss, deepening any physical practice, grief, spiritual awareness and increasing one's sense of joy and vitality in life.

I have a bachelor's degree in integrative healing with a focus on art therapy and work as a professional artist. I have a vast array of knowledge, including alternative medicine, nutrition, neuro-linguistic reprogramming, sub-conscious programming, breathing techniques and digestive cleansing. I develop a program contoured to meet the needs of the person I am working with, that changes and evolves to keep up with the metamorphosis that occurs.

I work with a studio in Seattle, Kenmore and am available to come to your place of residence or buisness and help you develop space for yoga in your life. I am also available for assisted fasting and yoga retreats.

More about Orangecarbon.net studio collective and me;

Orangecarbon studio , a private small in house studio, is located at Kenmore Heights Just few blocks north of Bothellway SR522.

My own understanding of yoga started years ego in NYC ABT and University of Tennessee where My group was required to do 20 mints of yoga for dance warm up before routines.
I had no idea about the more advanced effects of yoga and what it was doing to me intrinsically.

Once I realized I dont need sedatives to go through my dental procedures and had tolerance for lots of things mental or physical, I realized that I have gone through an unusual transformation without my own knowledge. Now at PNW, I have my own style and some people are listening and wanting to learn it.
I am trying to uproot yoga from its E.Indian roots and make it more earth-wide fusion. Thus I have decided to create a fusion of ancient yoga and contemporary form of it. It is lighter and less intimidating and can be applied to daily problems and issues without sounding so Indian. After all yoga has been around for over 5000 years and belongs to human race rather.
If you are around Bastyr , you can try their scene and find out. I am a connection between capital hill scene and Bastyr as well as Pacific-an Islands.
I used to set up yoga meetings with new people to talk and network. Since my house is in a suitable location to do this, I got lots of responses but draining hesitations as well.. If someone is not familiar with yoga culture, it would be hard to get them interact or invest in something that doesnt look natural to them. There is a quite a bit of suspicion as well since some don't understand the appeal and devotion and may perceive it as contentious. All they had to do is to look at their adored dogs and cats to see yoga being done daily.

My studio is open for anyone who wants to set up a meeting, just wants to plain talk or wants to do one on one yoga with me. I also set up to do yoga meetings and help if someone else wants to do it. It seldom happens now since we all got tired of trying to convert hesitant and scared people to our little secret sect of cultish yoga heads..! Fear is such a driving force here in PNW.
People rather watch bloody violent movies than go discover new/old things.
Fortunately, there are people who are interested in yoga due to their exposure, having to exercise it due to dance requirements or just plain study or keep up with whatever. Of course it is very hot and if you are good at it, all you have to do is visit a fashionable yoga studio in Seattle and if you are good at it impress the hell out of the practitioners.. Voila..! you will have plenty of admiring friends right away.. a sudden social climb, you are celebrity..!
I get variety of students, mostly Bastyr students who want to have their own none main stream yoga set up. Then I also get new yogis who want to get a clue before going to studios and making a mock out of themselves. I have VIP clients as well who have heard about my firm but very effective attitude and then I have my own niche of corrective yoga which is more like physio therapy than yoga. http://orangecarbon.net/yogatherapy.aspx
It helps to advance quickly specially if one has stopped doing it for a while or if their life style is abusive to their body and mind , this will reset to natural jungle mode...:) It is interactive and kind of intimate looking but in reality it is as innocent as people wrestling to inter-stretch adjust their bodies with each other. Even
if there is a physical inter-feeling since all my clients are female and I am male, it goes away after few times when we realize how uniquely helpful this is.

Animals do this all the time, they wrestle and struggle to health.
Additionally I train some to be practitioners and certify them when they are up to my expectations. I am training one in Hawaii right now and have trained one other at PNW.
